  1. The consumer’s right of return is stipulated by legislation and is not a special feature of ordering from the Coffeetea.ee online store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason. According to the Law of Obligations Act (V\u00d5S) \u00a7 53, paragraph 4, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to their nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In order to return the goods, the Consumer must submit a request for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods in a free form to the e-mail address vlanda@dkmbrothers.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5.
