Order

Placing an order

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. To place an order, click on the link in the shopping cart “Checkout”.
  3. On the checkout page, fill in the required data fields, select the appropriate delivery and payment method and click on the link “Confirm order”. After that, you will automatically be directed to the bank to pay the invoice. When paying by bank transfer, an invoice will be displayed on the screen, which you can pay with a euro payment at a bank of your choice. You will find the details of the euro payment together with all applicable state taxes and additional fees after confirming the order on the invoice displayed on the screen.
  4. Carefully fill in the information and order confirmation page, because the fast and trouble-free delivery of the products you buy, and the further settlement of disputes and claims depend on the accuracy of the information provided.
  5. Orders placed in the Coffeetea.ee e-shop will be processed on weekdays Mon.–Fri. 9:00–17:00.

Purchase terms

  1. The terms of sale apply between the buyer (hereinafter – the Customer) and the company DKM Brothers OÜ (hereinafter – Coffeetea.ee) when purchasing products and services in the Coffeetea.ee online store.
  2. In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from the purchase of products in the Coffeetea.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter – LOA), the Consumer Rights Protection Act (hereinafter – CRPA) and other legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.
  3. Coffeetea.ee has the right to make changes to the terms of sale. These changes are shown on the Coffeetea.ee website.

Procedure for submitting claims

  1. Coffeetea.ee is liable to the Customer for non-compliance of the sold products with the terms of the agreement or for defects that are discovered within two (2) years from the date of delivery of the products to the Customer.
  2. If defects are discovered, the Customer has the right to turn to Coffeetea.ee within two years, providing the invoice on the basis of which the payment was made.
  3. If defects are discovered, please stop using the product.
  4. Coffeetea.ee and the Customer mutually agree on the repair or replacement of the defective products. Coffeetea.ee bears the repair costs.
  5. Coffeetea.ee is not liable for any defects caused by the Customer, arising from improper storage or as a result of inappropriate use.
  6. In the event of non-compliance with the requirements of the products or defects, please send a claim to vlanda@dkmbrothers.com stating the name of the customer, contact phone number, order number and an exact description of the defect or non-compliance with the requirements.
  7. A claim for non-compliance with the requirements or defects must be submitted within two months from the date of discovery of the non-compliance or defect.
  8. All claims are considered, and the Customer is contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.
  9. The Customer has the right to demand from the Coffeetea.ee online store, a reduction of the purchase price or termination of the agreement and receipt of a refund for the products, if the Coffeetea.ee online store is unable to repair or replace the products, repair or replacement is impossible, Coffeetea.ee has not eliminated defects of products within a reasonable time, the Customer has experienced reasonable inconvenience.
  10. Coffeetea.ee is liable to the Customer for non-compliance of the sold products with the terms of the agreement or for defects that are discovered within two (2) years from the date of delivery of the products to the Customer.
